One on on one coaching is $30 per week (billed monthly or weekly by arrangement.) and includes customised training programs tailored to your individual goal - whether that is powerlifting, weight loss, or muscle building, weekly email check ins, video anaylsis, and 48 hour response time for any questions, concerns etc related to your training.
